About Align & Precision Pilates

Align & Precision Pilates offers a refined, thoughtful approach to movement, where quality is prioritised over quantity and every session is guided with expertise and care.

Led by Kate Anne Halsall, an experienced Pilates Teacher, Coach, and Educator with more than two decades in the fitness and education sectors, her training combines traditional Pilates principles with a modern, individualised understanding of posture, alignment, and performance.

Alongside working with clients, Kate delivers and assesses the Level 3 Diploma in Pilates for both Mat and Reformer, mentoring instructors to develop confidence, precision, and professionalism in their teaching. Her background in professional dance, combined with extensive experience across Pilates, personal training, and sports massage, brings depth, insight, and clarity to every session.

The focus here extends beyond exercise. Sessions are designed to help you understand your body, move with greater efficiency, and develop strength that supports you in everyday life — creating not only improved posture and mobility, but a greater sense of confidence and ease in how you move.

About Kate

Kate Anne Halsall is an experienced Pilates Teacher, Coach, and Educator with more than 20 years in the fitness and education sectors. With a background as a professional dancer, she understands the discipline, awareness, and commitment required to move well and feel strong.

 

Kate specialises in helping people improve posture, alignment, and confidence in their bodies through Pilates, personal training, and sports massage. She also delivers and assesses the Level 3 Diploma in Pilates for both Mat and Reformer, training and mentoring the next generation of instructors to teach with skill, integrity, and confidence.

Her approach is warm, knowledgeable, and holistic, focused not just on exercise, but on helping people build lasting strength and understanding in how they move every day.
